Sheraton Melbourne Hotel is excited host self-taught Instagram chef Ray Ray for a Christmas afternoon tea, showcasing his famed cake Popsicle.
This November guests will have the opportunity to see Raymond’s (best known as Ray Ray) work at an exclusive event followed by a Christmas inspired afternoon tea.
Ray Ray who originally completed a master degree in accounting, gained popularity when his ever so famed cake Popsicle received a cult following on Instagram. What started off as a hobby in 2016 has now turned into a full time profession for Ray Ray, allowing him to host workshops in New York, Paris, Shanghai and Australia. His work has been featured in Vogue Australia, Cosmopolitan Germany and CNN Indonesia.
“We are constantly working on different ways to excite our guests to visit our dining outlets food and are delighted to be the first hotel in Australia to have the opportunity to work with Ray Ray ”, says Peter Minatsis, General Manager at Sheraton Melbourne Hotel.
