After checkout once the order is confirmed we will send you a notification as soon as the item is shipped with tracking
Shipping within Australia
Standard Post (no tracking): 2 - 6 business days
Express Post (with tracking): 1 - 3 business days
Items will only be considered lost after 21 days for orders within Australia. Please contact us if you haven’t received your order in this time.
International Post (with tracking): 7 - 21 business days
*May take longer depending on your location. Some destinations may take up to 3 - 4 weeks for delivery.
Items will only be considered lost after 45 days for International orders. Please contact us if you haven’t received your order in this time.
Due to the demand of items, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed.
We use Australia Post for all domestic (AU) & international (Worldwide) orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your order. We ONLY provide full refund for damaged items, with photographic proof.
Please double check that your shipping address is correct. We will not be responsible for missing parcels due to incorrect addresses.
